Picture(s) of the Week:
We have decided to put up 2 of what we feel are the best Arin McIntosh pictures we have taken. We hope you enjoy them.

Taken on Saturday at FunFest.
Taken in August at Bloomington Speedway.
Quote of the week:
This week is not one for humor or general funnies. We will not do Quote of the Week this week in light of Arin's incident this past weekend. We will resume QOTW next week.
Please go to the photos section to see pics from that particular night's action! Either Kyle, Amber or Don will be taking photos from the tracks.... we will be posting photos from those places.
We do the LIVE @ THE TRACK segment ONLY as a measure for people who cannot be there... NOT as a replacement for you in the stands. See you at the races!!!!

UPDATE: We have uploaded the first interview of Gas City regular Travis Welpott for everyone's viewing. It is a new record as far as interviews go.... 11:19. Long... but well worth a view!
Last Saturday at the Lawrenceburg FunFest..... we had yet another racing accident involving one of the drivers we have interviewed and come to know over this past year. Arin McIntosh is currently in the University of Cincinnati hospital. I was there but did not personally see the accident.... out of respect for the family I will not comment on any part of it. Speculation is rude and disrespectful and we will not engage in that here. For updates on her condition.... please go to either indianaopenwheel.com or go to the CarePages site and do a search under Arin McIntosh.
To Robert, Alda and Arin..... we personally are keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers. We also ask all viewers of this site to please do the same. If there is anything we can do for you, please say the word.
To Arin..... you are a tough young woman....... fight hard..... you can and will beat this.

UPDATE: We have uploaded the interview if Joshua Clemons for your viewing pleasure.
FunFest at Lawrenceburg Speedway this weekend had the fun portion come screeching to a halt at roughly 8:50pm Saturday evening. Arin McIntosh was racing in the Saturday Night Special when something happened to the car and it went very hard into the wall. Details of her condition are guarded, but this is what we know - she was Airlifted by helicopter to University of Cincinati hospital. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Arin, Robert, Alda and the rest of the McIntosh family/crew. We hope she has a very speedy recovery.
ARIN UPDATE: Robert has posted on IndianaOpenWheel.com this morning saying this:
"Arin has shown slight improvement this morning. Please keep her in your prayers."
We will update this page when we have any info that we are able to pass along.

Holy cow.... I hit both days ON TIME THIS WEEK! It's getting scary now!
Seriously the race in Bloomington was a GREAT ONE! Hopefully we have more of the same at Rudy's Joint, Lawrenceburg Speedway. We will be there.... and we will also be doing LIVE tonight. Tune in at 6:30pm Eastern time and I should have the page up with car count and hopefully lineups as well. Special thanks to Sandy Lowe, Lawrenceburg Speedway scorer for those lineups and any other pertinent info! Also to Chad Cunningham, who is the track announcer, who keeps us informed and also just might give us some more love. Last time we were there we tried to kill time by chatting T2D until the thunderstorm tried to electrocute everything! No weather worries tonight! Come on out to the Burg.... if cannot make it then we got ya covered with LIVE!
We hope everyone likes our tribute pages to Kenny Biro and Chad Boespflug. I do apologize to the dialup folks (haven't forgot about Susan and others!) for the big pages.

We learned Tuesday that our buddy Chad Boespflug has hung up his helmet for good. This came as a shock to us.... but we are glad Chad will make a full recovery from the rupture vessels in his eyes causing temporary blindness. We will have a tribute page up for Chad hopefully by Friday or Saturday.
08/03/08
UPDATE: We have uploaded the first interview of California driver Shain Matthews.
Due to both weather and circumstances from the accident Friday with Kenny Biro we did not obtain any interviews. This was not a weekend to be bothering drivers who had a lot on their minds.
This week is Indiana Midget Week... and we will have it all covered but Saturday night (birthday party at a friends house). Wed night is Gas City, Thursday night is Union County Speedway in Liberty, Friday night is Bloomington, Saturday night is Lawrenceburg and Sunday is Kokomo. Kyle is working hard to obtain more interviews and will have the pit action covered in pictures. We will not be doing LIVE updates for the midget portion of racing. The only race I can go to is Bloomington and we plan to cover ONLY the sprint car portion. For ALL USAC UPDATES please go to the USAC website and go to the Pit Pass area for USAC updates.

We really need to get kids involved with the third interviews. We have had ZERO emails for kids/fans to interview drivers. Our kids can do them all.... but it's not right. There HAS to be kids/fans out there who want to interview their hero/favorite driver! Kids between 9 and 15 years old.... lets hear from the parents and MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
We would like to congratulate MSCS tour announcer/tour director Jason Adams on the newest addition to the family. Peyton Jo Lee Adams was born July 20th. Mom and baby are doing great!

Indiana Sprint Week ended with Levi Jones being your winner. All 5 drivers atop the ISW points are all talk2drivers interviewees! In fact... 21 of the 23 drivers that competed last evening are interviewees of the site! That is a fact we are proud of.... that these guys have graciously allowed us to interview them so the whole world knows who they are and what they have to say.
Kyle had a busy weekend. Interviews obtained this weekend were: Darren Hagen's third interview with Kylie, Jeff Bland Jr's third interview with Kylie, Damion Gardner's first interview, Jerry Coons Jr's second, Kyle Cummins second and Dustin Morgan's second.

This weekend we will be in Bloomington and Haubstadt for the last 2 events of Indiana Sprint week. No live updates from either race... USAC's Live Updates via their Pit Pass page do a real good job of streaming scoring from the races. We will be there taking pictures and covering the weekends activities as best we can!
07/09/08
UPDATE: We have uploaded 2 interviews today since we will be on a racing vacation and will not be on the computer on Saturday. We have uploaded the second interview of Logan Hupp and the first interview of Jesse Hockett for your viewing pleasure.
We will be going to Lawrenceburg both Wednesday (weather permitting) and Thursday as part of USAC Indiana Sprint Week. Friday and Saturday is our annual racing vacation (alcohol involved) at an undisclosed location so we will not be having photo galleries or updates of any kind for those 2 days. Then we are back with Sprint Week at Kokomo. If we survive the weekend it should be a blast!
This weekend we did obtain second interviews of Kyle Robbins, Blake Fitzpatrick and Chad Boespflug. Look for those in the near future!
07/05/08
UPDATE: We have uploaded the first interview of Kyle Cummins for your viewing pleasure.
We hope everyone had a great 4th of July! We were hoping to spend ours at Bloomington but Mother Nature denied that. Out weekend plans have us going to Haubstadt for the WoO race Sunday. Remember.... winged sprint cars are open wheel cars too! Photo galleries are now up.
We discovered this week that Shain Matthews will be here thru Sprint Week. This is good news! We did learn that Spencer Racing is one crash away from folding up the family operation. This is not good. Hopefully sponsors that read this page can get on board... helping these teams out so they do not have to stop. Let's keep these teams racing!!!!
07/02/08
UPDATE: We have uploaded the second interview of Chad Boat. We have uploaded the first of our "Child Fan" interviews... this one of Brady Short done by Kayla Hendershot.
Hopefully since everyone sees how the 3rd interview is done we can get childern offering to do the 3rd interviews for drivers. Parents.... the list of drivers is on our interviews page. Cottle, Whitt, Hagen and Darland are gone. All others are available.... so email us your childs info so we can arrange an interview! Our kids can interview them all... but that is not right! Lets get the kids involved and lets get those interviews going!!!
